How Swadhyai works

Not a quick setup and done — a full-scale self-study routine for your child that you plan each term, they study every day, and that renews all year long.

The study cycle, stage by stage

Stage four returns to stage two — a new plan for the next term — which is what turns this into a year-round routine rather than a one-off.

  1. Add your child's profile

Enter their class, board and school, and pick their subjects. We match the exact textbooks and chapters your school uses — and if a book isn't listed yet, you can request it. Studying more than one child? Each gets their own profile and their own plan.

  2. Set their study plan

This is where the tutoring takes shape. Choose the portion of the syllabus for the term — the whole book or specific chapters — and set the exam or term-end date you're working towards. Then tune how your child learns: read or listen to lessons, how much interactive practice, and the difficulty level that matches them. Swadhyai spreads the whole portion evenly across the weeks, so it's paced to the date instead of crammed at the end.

  3. Your child studies, every day

You share a private link and PIN — no account for them to manage. Each day opens a short, guided session from their own textbook: a recap, a read-or-listen lesson with real figures, then practice. Both multiple-choice and written answers are checked live by our AI, with instant feedback that explains what to fix — so misunderstandings get caught the same day, not weeks later in a test.

  4. Repeat every term, all year

When one portion is done, set the next term's plan and the cycle begins again — new chapters, a new date, the same steady rhythm. Over a year it adds up to consistent, full-scale self-study across every subject, and it carries forward year after year as your child moves up.

What a study day looks like

Every session is short and guided — your child always knows exactly what to do today.

  • A quick recap

The session opens by settling your child back into where they were — so there's no blank-page moment.

  • A read-through lesson

A clear, simple explanation of the day's chapter — with audio narration and real textbook figures — that they can read or listen to, and revise on the move.

  • A few questions

Short checks along the way, then a scored assessment — multiple-choice AND written answers, graded instantly with feedback so gaps get caught early.

  • It paces itself

Work is spread evenly across the weeks up to the exam, and if a day is missed the plan quietly re-balances — nothing is left for the last night.

What you see as a parent

From your own dashboard you can see how much of the portion is done, per-subject progress, assessment scores, and where your child is struggling — plus optional email summaries. You never have to sit over their shoulder to know it’s happening.
