Safety, built in

Swadhyai is used by a parent on behalf of their child, and it’s designed to be a calm, private place to study — nothing more. Here’s exactly how.

  • Your child has no account of their own

Only you sign up. Your child studies through a private link secured by a PIN that you set and can change any time. There’s no username or password for them to create, share, or lose, and the link isn’t searchable or guessable.

  • No ads, no chat, no social feed

There is nothing for your child to be exposed to beyond their own study session — no advertising, no messaging or comments, no recommendations, and no feed that pulls them elsewhere. It does one thing: the day’s lesson and practice.

  • Only their own textbooks

Every lesson and question is grounded in the actual chapters of your child’s textbooks — not open internet content. That keeps it accurate to the syllabus and keeps out anything unrelated or inappropriate.

  • You’re in control

You own the account and give consent on your child’s behalf. You can see progress, reset the PIN, and delete the account and its data whenever you want. If your child gets the PIN wrong too many times, the link locks until you reset it.

  • Your data is handled carefully

We collect only what’s needed to run the study plan. PINs are stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text. Payments go through our gateway (Razorpay) — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. We don’t sell data, and never use a child’s data for advertising or profiling. This follows India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
